It will not install on a non-enterprise version of Linux (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu). You have to use RHEL or SLES.
If you're running it to monitor CDOT, try the appliance version or for 7-Mode switch over to a supported flavor Linux of Windows for the host OS.
Sorry to disappoint.

Hello,
I'm trying to install OnCommand® Performance Manager on a freshly installed CentOS 6.7 machine. Has anyone done this? or is RHEL the only linux distro supported?
snippet from yum install *.rpm command:
Unsupported operating system version detected.
This installation requires Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 or later.
The installation will terminate now.
