sysconfig -v should give you a bit more information about what these drives are and what firmware release they have on them.
 
http://now.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/diskfw/ is a list of the latest firmware for various NetApp drives, and if I look there I see that NA13 is indeed the latest firmware for the ST318203FC.

I would try visiting http://now.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/diskqual/ and installing the latest disk qualification file -- this is basically a table of what disks the filer accepts.  Beyond this it would probably be worth getting us a copy of sysconfig -v; I would check that the shelf contains all the same disks.
 
Finally it is possible that a reboot will fix it, so I would probably try that.
