I believe there was a bug with a version of IE. Has the user tried to use FireFox? We use Active Directory authentication; Not sure if you are using a local user.

Subject: DFM user password reset.
Greetings,
We have a DFM server running 4.0.2. I have a remote user who can't log into the web interface. He is listed as a user and has global view permissions. He shows up in the dfm user list output. It appears he has forgotten what his password is. I've been looking around for an hour and can't figure out how to change his password so he can get into the web page.
Where is it doing the authentication from?
Thanks,
Jeff
