Hi,

I’m not sure if this is possible with SnapVault, but I would need to snapvault an existing volume which does currently have old sv_daily Snapshots on it, here’s the output of „snap list“:

  %/used       %/total  date          name

----------  ----------  ------------  --------

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 09 10:00  hourly.0

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 09 06:00  hourly.1

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 09 00:00  nightly.0

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 08 22:00  hourly.2

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 08 18:00  hourly.3

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 08 00:00  nightly.1

  0% ( 0%)    0% ( 0%)  Jan 07 00:00  nightly.2

99% (99%)   55% (55%)  Jun 17 17:00  sv_daily.0

99% ( 0%)   55% ( 0%)  Jun 16 17:00  sv_daily.1

99% ( 0%)   55% ( 0%)  Jun 15 17:00  sv_daily.2

In fact, I would only be interested in sv_daily.2.

Any chance to do that with SnapVault or maybe SnapMirror or would I have to clone the snapshot on the source volume into a new volume and transfer the volume created out of sv_daily.2 then?

Best,
