We use Consever (http://www.conserver.com) to manage the connections
to all of our netapps/unix boxes/network gear.  Conserver works with
just about any serial devices or terminal server hardware.  I currently
use Digi Etherlites as my terminal servers, but have use Portmasters
and plain old serial ports in the past.

I think it would be really nice to have something like this setup so that we
could get console access to our netapps via the network.  I'm curious as to
what's available and what other people have setup to accomplish this.  The
cheaper the better.
