This looks like syntax for share level security.  You should be able to do something similar as a Domain member with this syntax:

NET USE \\servername\sharename password /USER:domain\username

if password is missing you will be prompted.

Hello,

Is it possible to specify the username and password to connect to the
filer's CIFS service in the UNC path?

Several years ago when I was running SAMBA on a Linux box, I was able to
connect from Windows to a share with this syntax:

  \\servername\sharename%username:password

The ":password" was optional, if it was not specified then Lan Manager
would come back and prompt for the password specified in "%username".

Thanks!
