Hi,

Does anyone have HP Ultrium 2 working directly off the back of a filer yet ?

I understand NetApp are currently testing and support is due for relase some time in April but I do not have a confirmed date. I am guessing this will take the form of a dynamic tape configuration file for using in the etc/tape_config directory.

I have created a dynamic tape config file but am struggling to get the HP hex codes for density codes (l,m,h and a) and corresponding density alogrithms which are required for the tape_config file ?

Anyone have the hex codes I require for the HP Ultrium 2 or a working dynamic tape config file ?

We are running DOT 6.3.1R1 ....
