Snap Status might be what you’re looking for.  I know it shows creating status, and if I recall it will show volume rollback.

Worst case scenario, they will be logged into the messages file.  It’s a very quick process (except for SFSR), so I’m unsure if you’ll get much out of monitoring it actively.
