The webpage at NOW <http://now.netapp.com/NOW/products/eoa/> says a
customer letter was sent out about this on 6/29/99, but no one here seems
to have gotten a copy.  Now fortunately the small print seems to imply the
real drop-dead date isn't for another two years, but still, this is not
the sort of thing we like to learn from browsing the web.  Particularly
not *after* the boss has pitched the next 3-years-worth of major purchases
to the financial powers that be!

So those of you who have a F520 or two humming away in the back room might
doublecheck that the netapp EOL department has your current mailing
address :(
