I just got hit with this as well.  For me, the solution was to disable SSL under Secure Admin.  I'm "assuming" <we all know where this gets us!!> that I can set SSL back up.  This happened in my dev/test arena and I generally use command line so it's not gotten my full attention yet.  The java script errors led me to SSL.

Upgrade of N’tap 7.0.x to 7.2.4 and now some filerview pages initialize java and then do not display. Happens with IE 6 and 7, various windows versions and Mozilla as well.
