We have the same leve of support we did w/ NetApp directly - 4 hour parts + labor if needed.

RE: Netapp support

Out of curiosity, what type of turn-around time do all of these 3rd
party vendors offer?

I've had good experience with ZeroWait.com back in the dot-com days
and for a system here we built out.  They know their products and are
responsive, both on purchasing and  parts/support.  For systems,
their quotes were significantly lower than NetApp's and their advice
was right-on -- no sleazy overselling.  Hooked us up with a spare
head onsite for less than a kit o' parts, which will make swapping
out a lot faster in the event of a serious failure. Nice folks to
work with.
