I compared

options auto output on both nodes and they are the same

DNS settings are the same - and functional

na04*> ping www.netapp.com
a878.b.akamai.net is alive

can you ping support.netapp.com 

Any other areas to check?
do a packet trace of an autosupport and see where it is failing?
something like

pktt start e0M -s 10m -b 500k -i support.netapp.com -d /home/

might give some hints
