Hi Skip,
When you upgrade from SnapManager
for Exchange 5.5 version 1.1.1 to the latest version of SnapManager
for Exchange (version 3.1), you will replace NetAppDrive with SnapDrive as part
of the process. These are very different products.
The upgrade process is pretty straight
forward and there is a documented process available. If you have a
moment and want to get an idea of what you will need to do in order to
upgrade, please take a look at the process in the administrator's guide.

SnapManager for Exchange version 3.1 administrator's guide in PDF format
instead, the process begins on page 60.
