You said /etc/quota when it should be /etc/quotas

If that was a typo in the email only, I was also thinking the same thing as Sebastian before reading his post.   Try to put 150MB in 100MB or similar and see if you get different results, don’t be so exact to rule out the discrepancy being overhead somewhere/rounding or 1000 vs 1024

when i copy smaller files quota works.

As sample my quota is 1MB and i test stupid copy a 5MB file on the volume. It copied the file correct.
