Figured I would chime in.. WE use a product called NTP software.  It does a great job of doing profiles, blocking file types, etc.  It came with a product called storage M & A.  It would show dupliate files, age, MP3,  what ever.  Its not cheap, but would get you what you are looking for.  It runs via fpolicy.. Again, I can go into some detail if you would like to take this offline.  You can also look at
