Yes.  I've set mine to 1% for this particular aggregate.  On the box itself, df -h -A shows:

aggr_FC_F               1157GB     1093GB       64GB      94%
aggr_FC_F/.snapshot       11GB        0GB       11GB       0%

The volume capacity totals 1087Gb.
